Therapeutic Feeding & Stabilization Centre for the Displaced
They ran for their lives.
Fleeing the violence of insurgency and armed bandits, thousands of families abandoned everything, their homes, their harvests, their futures — and arrived at makeshift camps with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Among them: mothers who cannot feed their newborns. Children wasting away before they turn six. Pregnant women with no access to even basic nutrition.
These are people dying slowly in camps never meant to house them.
The Vincent and Anne Foundation is responding.
We are establishing a Therapeutic Feeding and Stabilization Centre — a dedicated lifeline for severely malnourished children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers living in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in northern Nigeria.

This is emergency care for people who have lost everything and have nowhere else to turn.

Features in the Centre will include inpatient and outpatient treatment for severe acute malnutrition unit Maternal nutrition support, and medical recovery programs
Emergency Ambulance for rapid transport for critical cases and outreach to remote camps
Logistics Vehicle for delivery of therapeutic foods and relief supplies across displacement sites
Food Bank & Cold Storage facility to store Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Foods (RUTF), supplements, and emergency nutrition stocks.
